Feel The Wheel Fitness provides personal and group performance fitness instruction to youth athletes, college athletes, and adults who just want to stay in the game.

Whether it is Soccer, Lacrosse, Rowing, Basketball, or Running, FTW examines the athlete's current condition, agrees on goals and then develop an effective and methodical program to get them there.

As a former elite rower, collegiate and US national champion, I understand what it takes to train hard, set goals, and follow the process. Controlling what you can lead to more successful outcomes.
